Hawthorn 'Paul’s Scarlet' is a small deciduous tree, ideal for adding some height to the back of your border. The lobed green leaves last spring to autumn where they turn a brilliant bronze before dropping off the tree. In spring small red-pink double flowers are produced and in early autumn red haws appear on the tree. This hardy tree can be grown in any soil and enjoys a full sun to partial shade position. The plant has a potential height of 5 metres with a potential spread of 4 metres.
