Sedum Carl 2 Litre

Sedum ‘Carl’ is also known as ‘Stonecrop’. This fleshy deciduous perennial that grows in an upright clump with rounded but slightly serrated edges that appear in a light grass green shade. a bloom of tiny little pink flowers forming a cloud shape atop of the plant during the late summer (usually Mid July) with a star-shaped magenta pink that beautifully contrasts the green foliage. If planted among grasses the foliage will seemingly disappear making the blooms literally floats atop the grass watching the butterflies perch on the dainty flowers. As this is a small and compact perennial this will work amazingly in a container with a decent potting mix allowing for plenty of drainage however when places in a rockery this will look just as amazing. for best results plant in a full sun position allowing for some winter protection. Sedum ‘Carl’ will reach a potential height and spread of 60cm.
