00211302

Allium Globemaster doesn’t need any introduction. With a wonderfully large and rich flower head of tiny purple star shaped flowers its no wonder gardeners plant these amazing plants in their gardens. Flowering towards the end of the summer you will notice in the springtime the spear shaped leaves emerge first before being greeted with one of the largest flower heads we have seen! With a tall and sturdy stem, you have no worry about any winds or rain as these will survive most conditions. With one of the largest flower heads (reaching up to 40cm in diameter in some cases) this will provide any bee, butterfly or any beneficial insect a haven and a food source as they pass on by. Plant bulbs from September to December 15-20cm deep and 10cm apart in fertile, well-drained soil with a full sun position.
