Chionodoxa Luciliae - 20 Bulbs

00113728

Chionodoxa Luciliae like Crocus are the first of the flowering bulbs and come into season (Feb-March depending on the frosts) with a mixture of turquoise, violet and white star shaped flowers and when planed in masses can look like a carpet. With is small size and time of year planting these can be used to give a natural affect among your lawn or beneath trees as these don’t require full sun but will thrive in partial shaded areas so for any places that don’t receive all the light and could use some colour then these are perfect for you and your garden. If planted in your lawn we advise that you wait until flowering has completed as Chionodoxa Luciliae does need to self-seed for next year’s growth. Chionodoxa Luciliae is reach a potential height of only 10cm but will eventually spread as the years go on.
